Our Remodel Process
Dragon Pool Services combines local pool expertise, clear communication, Al visualization, showroom material selection, and hands-on project management to help you see, understand, and feel confident in your remodel before construction begins.
1. Getting Started
During the initial meeting at your home we will gather information on your vision, take measurements and review design options with our proprietary AI software.
2. AI Visualization & Estimate
We will use our proprietary AI solution to bring your vision to life. Additionally we will provide a detailed proposal with no hidden exclusions or assumptions.
3. Showroom Visit
During your showroom visit, your proposal will be explained in detail and materials selections will be finalized using our proprietary AI configurator along with viewing showroom samples.
4. Pre-Construction Meeting
Your remodel consultant and project manager will visit you at your home, review the contract and construction plans, and answer any questions.
5. Construction Begins
Scheduling notifications of the project phases will be communicated by your project manager throughout the construction process.
6. Completing Your Remodel
Once remodel is complete our startup crew will make several visits to clean filter and balance chemicals. After which your project manager will complete a final walkthrough.
